This policy explains what information 3dmockups.in ("we", "us") handles when you use the website and its tools. The site is operated by Evavel Private Limited, India. It is written in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Images and files you use in the tools

When you choose a cover, logo or any other image, your browser reads the file and renders it on your own device using WebGL. The file is not uploaded to our servers or to any third party, and we have no way to see it. It is cleared from memory when you close or reload the page. Downloads are created on your device as well.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not run user accounts, sign-up forms, comments or payments. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, financial details or any sensitive personal data.

3. Technical data processed by our host

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. To serve pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes routine request data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and time of request. This data is handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We may view aggregated, non-identifying traffic statistics (for example, number of visits per page).

4. Third-party resources

Headings use the Space Grotesk typeface served by Google Fonts. Loading it means your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

5. Cookies

The site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Details, including any cookies our host may set for security, are in our Cookie Policy.

6. Analytics and advertising in future

To keep the tools free we may add analytics or display advertising (for example Google AdSense). Before doing so we will update this policy and the Cookie Policy to describe what is collected and how to opt out, and we will request consent where the law requires it.

7. Email you send us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and keep it no longer than needed for that purpose. We do not sell or share it.

8. Data security

The site is served only over HTTPS, uses strict browser security headers, and stores no personal data in a database. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but because your artwork never leaves your device, it cannot be exposed through our systems.

9. Children

The site is a general-purpose design utility and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you (normally none), ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent you have given. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
