PNG keeps a transparent background. JPG fills it with your chosen background, or white if none is set.

How to make a 3D logo

  1. Upload your logo. A PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest edges. If your file has a plain white background, leave "White background" on Auto and the tool will cut it away.
  2. Pick a material. "Original" keeps your brand colours on the face. Metal finishes turn the whole mark into gold, silver, chrome or rose gold, with your artwork pressed in as a subtle relief.
  3. Set the thickness. Thin settings look like a printed acrylic plaque; thick settings look like a carved signboard or a cast metal badge.
  4. Choose an angle and export. Download a transparent PNG to drop onto slides, websites, Instagram posts or a brand guidelines PDF.

How the 3D effect is made

The tool reads the transparency of your logo, keeps every solid pixel and stacks dozens of matching layers behind the front face. The result behaves like a solid object: the edges catch light, the sides show depth and the shape casts a soft shadow, even for detailed marks with thin lines, holes and lettering. No vector tracing or 3D software is needed.

Tips for a sharp result

  • Use a logo at least 1000 px wide. Small files make soft, jagged edges.
  • Export the mark from your design tool as PNG with transparency rather than JPG.
  • For very thin script fonts, keep thickness low so letters do not look like blocks.
  • A wordmark with a separate icon often looks best tilted 10–15° back with the "Above" view.

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload an SVG logo?

Yes. SVG files open like any image and are rendered at high resolution before the 3D layers are built. PNG and WebP with transparency work too.

My logo has a white box around it. What do I do?

Set "White background" to Remove. Near-white, low-colour pixels are made transparent. If your logo itself contains white areas you want to keep, upload a transparent PNG instead and choose Keep.

How do I get a 3D logo with no background?

Keep the background on Transparent and click Download PNG. Lower the floor shadow to 0% if you want only the logo.

Is my logo uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is processed by your own browser and never sent to our server, which makes the tool safe for unreleased or client brand work.

Can I use the 3D logo commercially?

Yes, as long as you own the logo or have the client's permission. The rendered images carry no watermark and need no credit.
